PAYMENT TERMS

Our payment terms are 100% anticipated, once the ProForma invoice has been approved and the order has been placed. We accept payment through Banco DaVivienda or by Western Union.

DELIVERY TIMES

After receiving your payment we require aprox. 8 working days to clear paperwork (Animal Health Certificate), reserve room with the airline and start quarantine. Depending on the season, some destinations can be full and we have to wait until we have a confirmed space.

D.O.A WARRANTY

In case of a D.O.A. claim, we require photographic evidence in less than 24 hours before our fish arrived at their final destination. After 24 hours the insurance does not accept the claim.

DELAYS

In case of delays during or due to connecting flights, we require photographs of the conditions the fish were in prior retiring them from the airline and filing a report. That way we an get a headstart on our claim to the airline.
